    ! fixed to use 'hbshell' prefix in output messages
      when running in hbrun mode
    ! do not display double warning about missing .hbc files
    % use _hbmk_OutErr() in hbshell code

    + enabled HB_BUILD_CONTRIB_DYN on all platforms
      (regressions possible) (untested on platforms that
      do not support dynamic libs, like MS-DOS)
