    ! added lacking VER_BUILDNUMBER definition that is missing
      in very old compiler sets/SDKs (pre Windows 2000),
      noticed by DF7BE - Wilfried Brunken in #362

  * README.md
    * slightly updated list of supported compilers and
      examples to mention MSVC for ARM64 and Clang

  * ChangeLog.txt
    * hb_scan -> hb_hscan in prev
