     symbol '=' inside an environment variable.
     Ex:
         SET CFLAGS=-DHB_TR_LEVEL_DEBUG
     it's equal to
         SET CFLAGS=-DHB_TR_LEVEL_DEBUG=5      // Not permited in DOS &WIN
