It's enabled by HB_TR_SYSOUT=yes envvar, which now
supercedes previous HB_TR_WINOUT setting.

! Fixed potential problem in HB_TR_WINOUT code, where
the same vararg holder variable was used multiple
times. On *nix this caused GPF. The safest is to make
a copy of it for each usage.
