      area. Now hbmk2 is used here to create the targets.
      This has a few consequences:
         - From now on *.hbp / *.hbc files need to be updated
           whenever files are added, deleted or renamed. Pls remember it.
         - hbmk2 will have to be updated in sync with the GNU Make
           system when adding new platforms and compilers.
         - in-place 'make' won't work, pls see new method in
           INSTALL. (it may still change)
