    + changed the way script debugging is invoked, now
      instead of little awkward HBSHELL_DEBUG envvar,
      it's as simple as adding '--hb:debug' option to the
      cmdline.

    + typographic refinements
    + added script debugging example
    + added link to BOM article

  * .gitignore
    ! fixed to not match config/<platform>

  + config/qnx/gccarm.mk
    + added qnx/gccarm (with BB in mind)

      (starting with gcc 4.8, libgcc dll is required by default)
