* contrib/gtqtc/gtqtc.hbp
  * contrib/hbssl/ssl_hbcon.prg
  * contrib/gtqtc/hbmk2_qtmoc.hb -> contrib/gtqtc/hbmk2_qtgt.hb
    * more syncs with 3.4 fork. One rename, some content syncs
      after renames.
