  * make_vc.mak
  * ChangeLog
    ! Fixed MT mode .dll not starting up properly. IOW now 
      'hbmk -shared -mt' works. Relevant entries marked as 
      [DONE]

  * bin/hbmk.bat
    + Added '-debug' switch. Currently supported in BCC and MSVC.
