+ Added option for non-GNU BCC/VC contrib makes to
accept HB_INC_<package> format envvars to specify
the include dir only, so that we're now in sync with
the non-GNU GCC build system (make_gcc.sh).
; TODO: HB_LIB_<package> (or HB_BIN_<package>) is still
to be done any .dll/.lib handling.
