      + added hb_itemGetNDDec(),
        hb_itemPutHBLong(),
        hb_itemPutNumType()
        borrowed from xHarbour

      NOTE: new pcodes:
      HB_[PLUS|MINUS|MULT|DIV]EQ
      HB_[PLUS|MINUS|MULT|DIV]EQPOP
      recompile all sources.
