    ! Fixed stdalone mode to create target in their usual GNU Make
      target dir.
    ! Fixed HB_BUILD_NAME handling.

  * config/postinst.hbs
    % Changed postinst to create .hbl file on its own behalf without 
      calling hbi18n.
