* doc/linux1st.txt
     + Added some quick openSUSE package requirement information.

   * config/rules.cf
     ! Fixed .prg rule to add PRG_USR after the built-in rules, 
       to allow overriding them. This way it's also in sync with 
       non-GNU make files.
