* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
    + Added basic HB_CCPOSTFIX support.
    + Switched to use libtool (instead of ar) on darwin.
      (to be tested after commit)

    + Added HB_CCPOSTFIX support.
    ; Only needed for cc/gcc.

  * config/linux/gcc.cf
