* examples/gtwvw/tests/wvwtest9.prg
+ Changed to use HB_GTI_INKEYFILTER instead of xhb specific
calls. This fixes last known missing showstopper in gtwvw
for Harbour.
* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added support for macros in -gt/gt= options.
(thus fixing gtwvw.hbc)
