Build it with GD: hbmk2 uhttpdgd.hbp modulesg.hbp

To see accepted parameters run: uhttpd -?
Parameters can also be defined using uhttpd.ini file.
Once started connect to uhttpd using:
http://localhost:8082
to see default index page.
