   * makefile.nt

     * Change -o linker option to /OUT: to avoid warning with
       MS Visual Studio 2005 compiler tools.
     + Added -D_CRT_SECURE_NO_DEPRECATE to suppress the many
       new MS warnings about unsafe function usage.
     ; NOTE: MSVC 14.0 fails to compile macroy.c
     ; NOTE: Still tons of warnings, but other than these it
             compiles fine.
