% Using buffered hb_file*() API in __I18N_LOAD()
instead of plain hb_fs*(). This will cause speedup when
buffering gets implemented in hb_file*(), because
currently two hb_fsRead() will be executed for each
string stored in the language file.

is no longer possible.
