* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
    + Changed all output texts to translatable format, using hb_StrFormat().
    + Added hb_i18n_gettext() to all translatable texts, so now it's possible 
      to create a .pot file. It's not yet perfect for the help text yet.
