    ! fixed commented lib reference rendering the .hbc file unusable

  * contrib/hbmlzo/tests/test.prg
    + replaced in-source hbmk2 cmdline instructions with
      #require directive

  * contrib/hbqt/hbmk2_qt.hb
  * src/rtl/hbdoc.prg
  * utils/hbmk2/examples/plug_tpl.hb
    % use '%d' in hb_strformat() instead of calling hb_ntos()

  * utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
    + show different message when .hbc file is triggered by
      #require directive
