  * harbour/contrib/xhb/xhb.hbx
  + harbour/contrib/xhb/xhbarrex.c
    + added ASIZEALLOC(), ALENALLOC() xHarbour functions
      In Harbour they are in practice useless because we are using
      dynamic array preallocation not static one as in xHarbour.

    + added information about HB_ARRAYTOPARAMS() function
