* make_gnu_os2.cmd
  * make_gnu.bat
  * make_gnu.sh
    % Deleted install dir creation. Now done from GNU Make.

  * make_gnu_os2.cmd
    * Installs libs in lib/<arch>/<comp> by default just like
      win/dos builds.

  * config/instsh.cf
    ! Fixed missing semicolon.

  * config/rules.cf
    * Minor in comments.

  * include/hbsetup.h
  * source/common/hbprintf.c
    - Removed temporary enabler logic, here testing is over.
