* harbour/include/hbapigt.h
  * harbour/source/rtl/gtapi.c
    + added hb_gtDrawBox() works like hb_gtBox() but does not change cursor
      posiion and support colors
    + added support for color parameter to hb_gtPutText()

  * harbour/source/rtl/console.c
    * use new hb_gtPutText() format in HB_DISPOUTAT()
      Now all screen operations inside this function is one atomic
      operation for other threads

  * harbour/source/rtl/box.c
    + added HB_DISPBOX() function - works like DISPBOX() bit does not
      change cursor position and is atomic for other threads
