+ xhb RASCAN() added to Harbour without HB_COMPAT_XHB
switch, under the name HB_RASCAN().
Translation from RASCAN() is done via hbcompat.ch
! NFLib/FT_FRSEEK() now works in Harbour regardless
of the HB_COMPAT switches.
