    ! fixed escape chars wrongly converted in prev commit

  * src/codepage/cpsr646c.c
    + converted to UTF-8.
    ; TODO: test it.

  * tests/cpinfo.prg
    + generate UTF-8 CP modules when using Harbour builds.
