* harbour/include/hbcompat.ch
    * always translate hash H*() function to HB_H*() ones even if
      HB_COMPAT_XHB is set. Code which uses HB_H*() functions can
      be linked with any Harbour builds

  * harbour/include/hbapi.h
  * harbour/source/vm/hashes.c
    + added hb_hashId()

  * harbour/source/pp/ppcore.c
    + added #ytranslate, #ycommand, #yuntranslate, #yuncommand
      case sensitive version of corresponding #x* directives

  * harbour/source/rtl/itemseri.c
    + added support for serialization arrays and/or hashes with cyclic
      references
