Syntax:
wapi_ShellExecuteWait([<hWnd>], [<cOperation>], [<cFile>], [<cParameters>],
[<cWorkDirectory>], [<nShowCmd>]) ? nResult
The function acts as wapi_ShelleExecute() but it waits for the completion
before returning
