  * utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
    + added all supported filter values/expressions to help.
    ! fixed case insensitiveness in filter comparison 
      expressions (=,>,<) to work on non-ASCII chars as well.
      (I wouldn't recommend using accented chars to control 
      build behavior though)
