    + Moved Harbour level functions to a separate file.
      I had to rename and publish three static functions.
      Eventually the low level part should go to hbcommon lib.
    ; TODO: HB_CDPLIST() is still to be moved, I couldn't find out elegant
            low-level API to solve it.
