    + added hb_compPCodeSize() function
    + added support for automatic size checking of variable size PCODEs
      in hb_compPCodeEval()

  * harbour/source/compiler/gencc.c
    * added escaping of '?' character in generated strings to
      avoid possible conflicts with trigraph sequences which
      are part of ANSI C standard
    * force .0 at the end of double numbers to avoid possible range
      conflicts in generated .c files
    * removed unnecessary HB_SYMBOL_UNUSED()

  * harbour/source/compiler/harbour.l
  * harbour/source/compiler/harbour.y
  * harbour/source/macro/macro.l
