    *fixed compilation for Borland C

  * source/pp/ppcore.c
    +added missing '{' in valid match markers (ConvertOptional)

  * tests/Makefile
  + tests/pretest.prg
    + added the file to show '#pragma __stream' and '#pragma __cstream'
