* config/postinst.hbs
* Changed to only create .hbd documentation file for the
core. This is to ensure separation of components.
* contrib/Makefile
- Deleted old Makefile-based build logic in contrib area,
now this make file does nothing else than passing the
control to make.hbs Harbour script.
