* tests/wvtext.prg
    + Updated according to latest changes, now using simple INKEY()
      method to receive special GT event.
    + Added reaction to 'lostfocus' event.
    + Added better demonstration for lost/got focus events.
    - Deleted GTWVG dependent elements, to adhere to core/contrib
      separation rule.
