    ! fixed empty HB_TRACE() definitions to be 'do {} while( 0 )'
      as suggested by Przemek.

      call made from the the block. It's now unnecessary.

  * contrib/hbzebra/code39.c
  * contrib/hbzebra/code93.c
  * contrib/hbzebra/core.c

  * contrib/hbzebra/pdf417.c
