It allows to play sound using the low level GUI library, i.e.
hb_gtInfo( HB_QT_SOUND, <cSoundFile> )
This modification needs additional QT5 library Qt5Multimedia so I decided
to enable it conditionally by HB_QT_SOUND=yes environment variable.
