darwin compile error.

! Fixed static lib output extension for rest of compilers (*nix/gcc).
! Fixed 'lib' prefix handling for static lib output names when dir
was present in the name.
* Now -inc files will be put into .hbmk/* dirs.
! Disabled -map option for *nix gcc as it doesn't seem supported
(probably isn't needed on these platforms anyway).
