    ! Setting gtwvt for msvcce targets as default GT.

  * source/debug/debugger.prg
    % Minor optimization. (platform branching done at PP 
      time rather than runtime).

  * contrib/xhb/hbcompat.ch
    + Added DestroyMutex() compatibility #translate.
