    * Fixed const warnings.

    * Using portable HB_USERLANG() instead of local Windows-only solution.

  - examples/hboleold
    - Deleted. It's no longer easy to fix with new const usage.

  - examples/hbgf
    - Deleted. We have much better GUI examples these days then these
      very early ones.

  * examples/httpsrv/uhttpdc.c
    * Minor formatting.
