* contrib/xhb/xhb.hbp
    ! added hbfship to .hbp file too. even though hbfship is included 
      in .hbc just to offer hbfship functions while they are not actually 
      called from xhb code, for dynamic xhb lib builds it must be built 
      beforehand.
      Fixes problem reported by Tamas.
