    + Added more information to Windows section.
      This will need a cleanup already.
    + Added links, header.

  * make_gnu.bat
    + Added automatic default of HB_INSTALL_PREFIX on NT
      and above systems. This means this setting is now
      option. If not set, it will install under the
      source tree.
