* include/hbgtcore.h
  * source/rtl/gtapi.c
  * source/rtl/hbgtcore.c
    * Changed low level GT SAVE/REST method buffer parameter type
      to void * from BYTE *. Some explicit casts removed.
    * Few more BYTE *s to char *.
