* src/rtl/gete.c
    % Deleted very old code to satisfy Borland C++ getenv()
      requirement, and which turned out to be a mere Borland
      documentation error (confirmed by Borland).
      Thanks to Tamas Tevesz for getting to end of this and
      the patch.

    * Formatting.

  * ChangeLog
    ! Fixed bloody daylight saving timezone in recent commits.
