    * Minor formatting.
    + Added information about some commonly used, but yet useless 
      environment settings. These:
         set HB_PATH=<Harbour root dir>
         set HRB_DIR=<Some Harbour dir>
         set INCLUDE=<Harbour include dir>
         set LIB=<Harbour lib dir>
    * Bumped copyright year.
    + Added 'documentation' section to link section. 
    + Added netiquette RFC link for a start.
    + Added hbrun to required tools for cross-builds.

    + Added hbsms lib.
