  * make_vc.mak
  * make_gcc.mak
  * common.mak
    + Added generation of hbmainstd and hbmainwin libs.

  * bin/hbmk.bat
    + Changed to use above libs. This also means that '-shared' 
      can now be used in Harbour binary distributions, too.
