     - Removed Win32 bitmap printer specific (non-multiplatform)
       functionality. For this feature (and more) pls use 
       hbwin32prn.lib from contrib:
       PRINTEREXISTS(), GETDEFAULTPRINTER(), etc.
     % Minor optimization.
