    ! Fixed watcom compilation. There are still warnings.
      Please review it.

  * external/pcre/config.h
  * external/pcre/Makefile
    * -DPCRE_STATIC moved to Makefile from config.h. There is 
      no dynlib build mode here, so this could be done.
