    * added mouse wheel support to GTWIN
    ; TOFIX: the mouse events code in GTWIN needs cleanup
             current code which uses s_mouseLast is wrong
             and can cause that some events will be missing
             and some others are wrongly reported. It should
             be changed to sth similar to the code I added
             to GTOS2
