    ! restored dbdetach.* in makefiles

  + harbour/source/rdd/dbdetach.c
    + added file I forgot to add in previous commit

  * harbour/source/vm/thread.c
    + added support for using function name as string in HB_THREADSTART()
    + added support for thread attributes. They will be used in the future.
