      HB_CPU_* macros. Now they can be used to branch code
      by CPU type.

  * contrib/hbwin/wapi_winuser.c
    ! Fixed remaining hb_parc() vs hb_parcx() usages.
    % WAPI_TABCTRL_CREATE() further simplified.
      Please review, it may be wrong.
