    * replace old hb_vmProcessSymbols() with hb_vmProcessSymbolsEx()
      and removed hb_vmProcessSymbolsEx() - it efectively force all .prg
      code recompilation
    * removed old hb_vmProcessDllSymbols()
    * changed 'char *' to 'const char *' in:
