* harbour/include/hbstack.h
  * harbour/source/vm/estack.c
    + added support for using stack macros without native compiler TLS
      support in MT mode.
    * enabled stack macros by default for OS2 MT builds
      David, if possible please try speedtst.prg with current MT HVM
